PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf) is a very popular political party of Pakistan especially among the youth. This is the only Political Party which seems to stand against the corruption and injustice of the current and previous governments of Pakistan. A strong stance against the corruption along with a strong policy against the American intervention in the affairs of Pakistan has managed PTI to gain huge fan following in Pakistan. It was because of PTI that the turnover in previous elections was much better than any other elections in the history of Pakistan. This party managed to get the youth out of the homes to cast vote which would otherwise prefer staying at home and celebrate election holiday.
With popularity there also comes a bunch of haters and critics. Back in 2012, PTI official page was hacked which resulted in a huge loss of real fans from the Facebook page. However, page was somehow recovered from the hacker but it was a political stunt to defame the party just before the National elections. And now PTI’s official website was hacked by “Muslim Cyber Army” last night. The news of PTI website hacked was not made public until today.
The basic purpose behind this was to call Imran Khan to stand against the injustice of Israel in Palestine. The hackers wanted the National leader to postpone his current Azadi campaign and stand against the Israel’s brutality on International platform.
PTI official website was down for few hours and now finally it is live again.
