Apple Sets a Unique Condition for Sharp Display Production

Sharp a Japanese multinational giant known for producing  electronic products is in dispute with Apple over screen productions. Sharp has been manufacturing screen for Apple for quite sometime now. And for this company has dedicated one of its plants in Japan to screen production for Apple.

Now the company wants to expand  and produce displays for other smartphone manufacturers. Therefore, it is willing to pay for the equipments that Apple helped Sharp in buying and for this they are ready to invest a hefty amount of $295 million. The two companies have somehow agreed to this but Apple has put forward a very unique condition which has made Sharp double minded.

Apple has no issue as long as the company does not manufacture screen for North Korean giant Samsung. Though Samsung mostly use its home made AMOLED screens but still if Sharp agrees to Apple condition then this will result is the loss of potentially huge market share as Samsung use LCD displays for its mid and low end devices. And what we believe is that Sharp does not want to lose it.

However, Sharp has not yet responded to this unique and surprising condition of Apple but it is expected that Sharp will soon agree to Apple because the company will not afford to lose a regular client.
