Sony has habit of launching 2 flagship devices in a calendar year. The upcoming Sony Xperia Z3 will be officially unveiled at the IFA event which will be held in September. Few days back we saw leaked specifications of the upcoming Sony flagship. And today the serial leaker eveleaks have revealed new hardware specifications of Sony Xperia Z3.
Sony Xperia Z3 will have 5.15 inch full HD display and will be exactly just like Xperia Z2 in terms of dimensions. This new device is expected to come out with Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz, 3 GB RAM and Adreno 330.
If we look at camera department then it is expected to come out with same 20.7MP camera so we will not see any change in this department. This is third time when Sony flagship will come out with the same 20.7MP camera. However, this time around we might witness some improvement in the image processing algorithms which will greatly enhance the overall quality of Sony Xperia Z3.
Apple and Xiaomi are also using Sony made camera sensors but they have much better image quality than Sony Xperia smartphones. This clearly hints that the issue is with the algorithms Sony is using for image processing. We heard that Sony is working on the image processing algorithms and if this is true than we will witness much better camera in Xperia Z3.
