iPhone 6 Release Date:
It is expected that iPhone 6 will be released next month at IFA. iPhone 6 release date is already confirmed and we will see the unveiling of the Apple’s new flagship device at a grand event on 9th September. And with the official announcement of iPhone 6 all rumours and leaks will finally come to rest.
iPhone 6 Rumoured Specifications and Features:
Display:
It is rumoured that we will see two different version of iPhone 6. Apple iPhone 6 will come with 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch display. iPhone with 5.5 inch display will be called iPhone Air. Previously it was said that only few high end units of iPhone 6 will come with sapphire display. However, now we have news that all units will come with the new sapphire display. This is mainly because Apple has adapted a new manufacturing technique which has made sapphire display more cost effective.
Batteries:
It is rumoured that iPhone 6 with 4.7 inch display will have 1810mAh whereas iPhone Air will have 2915mAh battery. This indicates that the upcoming iPhone will come with a better battery than previous generation iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s.
RAM and Processor:
There is no doubt that Apple iPhone 6 will come with a new generation A8 chipset and it is also rumoured that it will have a slightly over clocked processor. This will directly effect the performance of iPhone and we will certainly see a much better smartphone in terms of performance.
Few days back a document was leaked in China which revealed that upcoming iPhone will have 1GB RAM. This was quite disappointing. However, if we look at the history of of Apple and how the company updated the RAM generation by generation then we can expect to have at least 1.5GB RAM.
Glowing Apple Logo:
There are some rumours suggesting that Apple logo at the back will act as a glowing notifications light. So, whenever you will receive some text message on your iPhone 6 then the logo will light up. This would be indeed an interesting feature.
