Apple is all set to announce its new smartphone and tablet in an event scheduled for the month of March. There are rumors which suggests that new iPhone 5se and iPad Air 3 will be unveiled in this event. According to sources, the new phone will look just like iPhone 5 with very few changes and some upgrades. According to Bloomberg, iPhone 5se will come with A9 processor. This is a new processor and the new iPhone 6 series already have this processor. This means Apple is not going to compromise on the hardware.

Apart from this they also suggested that the phone will have 4 inch display, NFC and Apple pay feature. As far as, 3D touch is concerned Apple will not add this feature in this phone.

Interestingly Facebook has not mentioned anything about the battery drain fix in the changelog for the latest update. This is quite surprising since it was the major issues that was addressed by the company in the latest Facebook app update for IOS.

However, Facebook engineering manager Ari Grant pointed out two major issues behind the battery drain on IOS. In his Facebook post he said the first issue was in the network code that never let the CPU to sleep thus leading to battery drain. The other issue was that audio session kept running in the background even when user has closed the application after watching some video.

Anyways, if you have not updated the facebook application yet then you should do it now to get rid of battery drain issues on your IOS device.

Having said that, as per some inside news we have finally come across some legitimate news related to the highly speculated iPhone 7. As per the internal sources, Apple has no plans to announce or launch the new iPhone 7 this year instead they are working on iPhone 6s and there are chances that we might even witness iPhone 6s plus. We are 100% sure about the launch of iPhone 6s within a couple of months but for iPhone 6s plus we cannot say anything with guarantee.

iPhone 7 Specifications:

As we already stated that iPhone plans to launch this smartphone next year but the think tank has already worked on iPhone 7 specifications. According to leaked information, the next generation iPhone will get a bump from 1 GB RAM to 2GB RAM and this will definitely improve the user experience. It will come with 16 MP primary camera and 5 Mp front facing camera. Company will use the Sony sensors for camera but will work on making its image algorithms better to improve low light photo capturing capabilities of upcoming iPhone 7.

We have only this information for now. If we get some more info on the upcoming iPhone 7 specifications then we will update this article.

Apple users were eagerly waiting for WhatsApp web for iPhone users and finally their wait is over. WhatsApp has very silently launched WhatsApp web for iPhone. We have not come across any official statement or announcement in this regard that is whyvery few people are familiar with this.

How to use WhatsApp Web for iPhone?

In order to use WhatsApp Web for iPhone you have to make sure that you are using the latest version of the application on your smartphone. If you are not using the latest version then you should head to Apple store to update WhatsApp to the latest version.

After updating the application, go to setting and look for WhatsApp Web. Tap on it to access the QR code reader. We have seen golden version of Apple’s iPhone, but we did not see or expect that would see the next generation of ipad which would be Apple iPad Air 2 in Golden color. According to resources iPad Air 2 would come in silver and grey model too alongside with the golden version.

Announcement and Features

As far as its announcement is concerned it could be official announced in this month October 2014.  If we talk about its features, well Apple may introduce an A8 processor, with 2 GB RAM. And it is expected that it might be thinner than the current ipad Air, which is 7.55 mm thick.

Furthermore it is expected that Ipad Air 2 screen will be at 9.7 inches but the resolution remains the same at 2048*1537 pixels. Plus it could have the ability to support split screen multitasking.

Price

At the end let’s talk about its price, well if apple continues its old pricing scheme then Golden iPad Air 2 should start at $499 for the 16GB wifi only model but it will cost $629 for 16GB for both wifi and mobile data model.

A little comparison

Talking about iPhone 6 plus I can tell you apart from sizes, iPhone 6 plus comes with better display, bigger battery, its one-handed mode, and one thing more, its extra stabilization feature on camera iPhone 6 plus got 1920*1080 resolution with pixel density 401ppi while iPhone 6 got 1334*750 resolution with pixel density 326ppi so technically iPhone 6 plus is certainly better and the rest of the things are the same. Let’s take a brief deeper look.

As we saw in iPhone 5 and 5s the sharp edges, but now they are gone, we have bubble shaped or round shaped edges, which makes it easier to hold on to.

Processor

Now apple has used A8 processor in iPhone 6 plus with many transistors augmented with M8 motion coprocessor which actually adds barometer support in addition to gyroscope and accelerometer sensors.

Improvements

We have not seen any changes in the control buttons except the power button; I guess apple felt it necessary to introduce a change, so they did change in power button position which is now you can see at the right side of the phone. What’s on the left side? We got a volume rocker and mute switch.

Continuing our hardware tour, down the bottom you got 3.5mm headphone jack, lightning connecting port mics/ speakers all that stuff. And the top is fully bare.

On back we see 8mp camera and a true tone led flash on the top left corner. The camera has an improvement now we can have lock focus and snap shots faster than before. Right in center we see a stainless steel apple’s logo and Fcc information farther down.

Another cool thing in iPhone 6 plus is its landscape mode. So now you can work easily on the wide screen with landscape mode. I want to mention here that if you see things big you can easily move into one-handed mode, just tap the home button twice and here you go.

Build &Design

All those rumours suggesting that the new iPhone will come with 13MP camera sensor are now proved false as Apple has once again stick with the 8MP camera. According to Apple, the new sensor is slightly larger which will help in capturing larger area and will also have a positive effect on the overall image quality. Unfortunately, it does not come with OIS and it will have to rely on the digital stabilization.

Apple has also upgraded the hardware. The all new iPhone 6 comes with second generation A8 chipset which is more energy efficient. The new chipset is believed to offer 25% better battery performance and 50% better GPU performance. According to the company, this improved power and performance figures will show up in the benchmark results and user experience.

Apple believes that iPhone 6 battery life will be better than iPhone 5s and it will give extra 14 hours GSM talk time compared to iPhone 5s. Well, this is the first instance when NFC has officially made its way to IOS. The new iPhone 6 will come with three different internal storage options of 16GB, 64GB and 128GB.
