The smartphone champion from China, Xioami is finally extending its business to India with new hopes and ambitions. Though company announced that they would expand their business and will start selling smartphones in 10 new countries. However, we do not have any exact time frame from the company.
Having said that Xiaomi India has officially launched the Indian website and Hugo Barra the vice president of company made this official on his Google+ account. At the moment you will not find much on the website apart from the message asking for support from the fans from India. However, you will notice that they have promised an incredible and time will tell what Xiaomi India have for its fans.
We do not have any idea about Xiaomi India strategy but what we presume that they will stick with their normal strategy and will sell both cheap and expensive smartphones. This will offer them a better market exposures with customer from both low end and high end smartphone lovers.
Xiaomi is immensely popular in China and has huge fan following there. Let’s see how Xiaomi Indian performs but it is confirmed that this company will soon pose a huge threat to world’s top smartphone sellers.
