The serial leaker eveleaks leaked the image of Samsung Galaxy F which is supposedly the better version of Samsung Galaxy S5 not only in terms of specifications but also in design. And now we have a solid information thanks to Korean media that Samsung is all set to announce its first ever metallic smartphone next month which will be name Samsung Galaxy Alpha.
Samsung is all set to announce its new premium flagship just before the official launch of iPhone 6 with the aim to somehow disrupt the sale of larger screen iPhone 6 aka iPhone Air. According to Korean sources, Samsung will launch its new premium flagship under the name of Galaxy Alpha which you better know as Galaxy F. In past we had numerous leak related to Samsung Galaxy F but now we have a somewhat confirmed official launch date coming out right from South Korea.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha is expected to come with 4.7 Super AMOLED screen, Samsungs home made octa-core processor and will pack a premium metallic body which will be only 6 millimetres thick. Thus leaving behind Samsung Galaxy S5 (8.1 mm) and iPhone 5s (7.6 mm).
The smaller screen of 4.7 inches is basically a good tactic adapted by Samsung to counter the sales of upcoming iPhone 6 which is expected to come out in two different size of 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches. So, we will have to wait till the 13th August to find out what Samsung has for us in the form Galaxy Alpha.
