Well, till yesterday we were talking about LG G3 S and its potential official announcement in coming days and today we have a new LG G3 variant which goes by the name LG G3 Beat. From the looks of it, it looks like LG G3 and we bet, you can hardly distinguish between the two provided that the size of two devices is ignored.
LG G3 Beat has 5 inch IPS LCD with 720p resolution and 294ppi. This device feels quite light in hands as it weighs only 134 g. With its Snapdragon quad-core 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHZ LG G3 Beat perfectly falls in the mid range smartphones category. It has 1 GB RAM which is indeed quite disappointing and 8 GB internal storage which is expandable with microSD card.
It has 8 MP primary shooter on the back with AF laser just like LG G3. So, you might expect some wonders from its camera as it comes with a special AF sensor which is capable of measuring distance and speed. Its 8 MP camera supports 1080 videoa recording at 30 fps so expect something big from this device in camera department. LG G3 Beat has 1.3 MP front camera.
It only has 2540 mAh battery which disappoints us. However, we will test it out in our detailed LG G3 Beat review and will show you how it performs under different situations. It will go official tomorrow in South Korea followed with its release in European market later this month.
