Few weeks back Google bought Songza and now once again Google is looking forward to buy the most popular game streaming service Twitch. This will not be the first instance when Google will buy a different business company. If reports are to believed then we can expect Google to buy Twitch for a hefty amount of $1 billion.
This news is surfacing around for quite some time now but we do not have any specific time or date when this deal will be finalized. According to the reports, everything is finalized from formal documentation to the companies agreeing to terms and condition. So, we might see the official announcement of this deal in a couple of weeks time.
This purchase will certainly benefit Google as world’s most famous game streaming service will be a part of Google. More business opportunities will ultimately lead to more revenue for Google.
We tried contacting both Google and Twitch but they refused to comment on this saying that these are just rumours. However, we reports from valid sources that something is cooking inside and we will soon see a deal between the two companies.
