Motorola did great with Moto X and we have multiple rumours suggesting that Motorola is working on the successor of Moto X. And we guess this is the right time to upgrade one of the best selling smartphone from 2013. So, as we speak now we have something which hints that Motorola is already working on Moto X+1. We have various images of the Moto X+1 which also reveals some of the specifications. Thanks to Android Police for the images.
Motorola is once again going with its of manufacturing highly customizable smartphones. As we can see from the images we have Moto X+1 with a wooden back and we expect it to come out with some other colour options as well. We also heard that it has a aluminium frame which certainly gives it a somewhat premium look. Moto X+1 will come out with 13 MP camera with a Sony made sensor and this will be complemented by a 5MP front facing camera. This sounds tempting for selfie lovers as we expect it to be high end smartphone with a very reasonable price.
As far as the processor is concerned it is expected to have Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3GHz with a 2GB RAM. Well, it will have a beautiful 5.1 inch full HD display and this is indeed a huge bump in specifications when compared with Moto X. Well there is no official announcement yet but we expect it to come out by the end of this year. We might see something at IFA this September but it is too early to say something about it.
