Xperia Z3 Lollipop Update is Just Around the Corner

When you talk about software updates and the smartphone manufacturers then you will realize that Sony is the slowest when it comes to releasing the latest software updates for its customers. All other smartphone manufacturers (HTC, Samsung, LG) has released the Android 5.0 update for their flagship devices and now they are even releasing it for their 1-2 years flagships as well. However, Sony has not yet released the update. Even Xperia Z3 Lollipop update is still pending.

Sony Xperia Z3 is Sony’s flagship device which was released 5-6 months back but it is still waiting for the latest Android 5.0 update. This delay in Xperia Z3 Lollipop update has annoyed a lot of customers and because of this Sony is loosing a lot of its loyal customers.

Well, it is quite painful but we are here with some good news for our folks. Xperia  Z3 Lollipop update is just around the corner and the roll out might start as early as the first week of March. We got this confirmation since Wi-Fi Alliance has certified a new software update for Sony. This new software update was listed on the website on 16th February. So, we are optimistic that roll out will begin in the first week of March if not in February.

Once Xperia  Z3 Lollipop update roll out begins then we will see rest of the Xperia line up receiving the latest software update.
