When everyone was looking forward to the announcement of HTC One A9, the company has surprised everyone by announcing a new HTC Butterfly 3 to succeed its last year’s Butterfly 2. Before we move ahead let us make it clear that it is similar to Butterfly J which was announced earlier this year for Japan.

Talking about the hardware of HTC Butterfly 3, the new smartphone comes with snapdragon 810, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with microSD card support. HTC has stick with its IPS LCD display in HTC Butterfly 3 as it comes with 5.2 inch QHD screen.
HTC Butterfly 3 comes with a 2o MP dual camera. The primary camera is used for taking pictures whereas the secondary camera on the back is used for measuring the depth. This duo setup camera became quite popular since the launch of HTC One M8. The primary camera has Sapphire crystal-protected f/2.2 27.8mm-equivalent lens and dual LED flash.
The front facing camera is 13 MP with capability of shooting 1080p videos. All in all it looks a pretty decent smartphone if priced wisely. HTC Butterfly 3 will be available for purchase starting from next month.
